Lord Suvidhinath or Pushpdanta, the 9th Tirthankar

 Suvidhinath or Pushpadanta is the ninth Jain tirthankara of the present avasarpini time cycle. His complexion is white and symbol is crocodile. The chaitya tree under which he got omniscience is shala. In his previous incarnation, he was king Mahapadma of the town Puspkalavati Vijay in East Videha within Bharatvarsha. He purified his soul by deep spiritual practices and devotion to Arhats. In the present birth, he was born as son of king Sugriv of Kalakandi and queen Rama Devi in the Southern part of Bharatvarsha. He was born on the fifth day of the dark half of moon in mula constellation. During pregnancy, queen Rama Devi tried to carry out her duties for four months with perfection which astonished everybody.   After the son was born, Guru Shri Yashobhadraji d ecided his name to be Suvidhi meaning maker of correct process. During teething period, the child had craving for flowers. Also, the shape of his teeth looked like petals of flower. This changed his name to Pushpdanta...

Lord Chandraprabha, the 8th Tirthankar

 Chandraprabha is the eighth Jain tirthankara of the present avasarpini time cycle. His complexion is white and symbol is crescent moon.  The chaitya tree under which he got omniscience is Naga. Chandraprabha in his previous incarnation was king Padma of Manglavati town of Dhatkikhand, in Bharatvarsha. His practice of rigorous penances and austerities in a number of life cycles had exalted his soul to born as the next tirthankara. Chandraprabha was born in Chandrapuri town on the thirteenth day of the dark half of moon in the month of Paush. His father was king Mahasen and mother queen Sulakshana. During her pregnancy, the queen had a desire to drink the glowing streak of moonlight. This resulted the moon like glow in the new born child and so the parents decided his name to be Chandraprabha. Lord Shreyanshnath, 11th Tirthankar

 Shreyanshnath is the eleventh Jain tirthankara of the present avasarpini time cycle. His complexion is golden and symbol is rhinoceros. The chaitya tree under which he got omniscience is tanduka. In his third previous birth, he was the king Nalinigulm of Kshema town in Kacch Vijay, located in the Purva Videha Kshetra on the Pushkarvar Dweep. King Nalinigulm ruled his kingdom very diligently, serving his people well and following religion with sincerity. He died in time and went to heaven. Upon completing the celestial lifespan, the soul of Nalinigulm descended into the womb of queen Vishnu Devi, wife of king Vishnuraj who lived in the Sinhpur town of Bharatvarsha. During this period, the kingdom witnessed good credit growth (Shreya) and fortune. Hence his name was decided to be Shreyans. When he became grown up, he got married and later on became the king.
